RIPHAHx is the public learning platform of Riphah International University offering professional courses, micro-credentials and certifications for external learners.
These Terms and Conditions govern all access, enrollment, payments and participation in courses offered through the platform.
By registering or purchasing a course users agree to comply with these terms and any related policies of Riphah International University.
Eligibility
RIPHAHx welcomes learners from Pakistan and abroad.
Users below 18 years must have consent from a parent or guardian.
The University reserves the right to verify information or reject enrollment requests.
Enrollment and Fees
Courses on RIPHAHx may be paid or free, as stated on the platform.
Payment for paid courses must be completed using approved methods.
Fees once paid are non-refundable unless otherwise specified under a published refund policy.
Course Access and Certificates
Upon successful enrollment, users gain access to the respective course for a defined duration.
Certificates of completion are awarded upon meeting course requirements.
Certificates issued by RIPHAHx are non-credit-bearing unless explicitly stated.
Intellectual Property
All platform content is owned by Riphah International University or its content partners.
Copying, sharing, or reselling materials without authorization is prohibited and may result in legal action.
User Conduct
Users must maintain professionalism and respect in all platform interactions.
Misuse, plagiarism, or misconduct may result in suspension or account termination.
Limitation of Liability
RIPHAHx is provided “as is” without any guarantees of uninterrupted service.
RIPHAHx is not liable for any damages, loss of data, or third-party errors affecting access or content delivery.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Islamabad, Pakistan.
