Refund Policy

  1. General Policy
    1. RIPHAHx offers professional and continuing education courses developed by Riphah International University. Due to the digital nature of course content and the immediate access provided upon enrollment, all course fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed.
    2. Refunds may only be granted in exceptional circumstances, such as duplicate payments, verified technical errors, or failed access caused by a platform malfunction.
    3. Refunds or fee adjustments are not permitted for reasons related to dissatisfaction with course content, changes in personal circumstances, or failure to complete the course within the allotted access period.
  2. Eligibility for Refunds
    1. Refund requests may be considered under the following conditions:
      • The learner was charged more than once for the same course.
      • The learner was unable to access the course due to a verified technical issue originating from the RIPHAHx platform.
      • The learner enrolled in a course that was canceled or withdrawn by RIPHAHx before start or access. Requests that do not meet the above conditions will not qualify for a refund.
    2. Users below 18 years must have consent from a parent or guardian.
    3. The University reserves the right to verify information or reject enrollment requests.
  3. Refund Request Procedure
    1. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 calendar days of payment.
    2. The request must include:
      • Full Name
      • Registered Email Address
      • Transaction ID
      • Course Title
      • Reason for Refund Request
    3. Requests should be emailed to Department of Digital Learning (DDL) with the subject line “Refund Request – [Course Title]”.
    4. The Department of Digital Learning (DDL) will review and respond to requests within 10 business days of receipt.
  4. Processing of Approved Refunds
    1. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 to 21 business days after confirmation.
    2. Refund timelines may vary depending on the user’s bank, payment gateway, or transaction method.
  5. Course Changes or Substitutions
    1. Course transfers or exchanges are not permitted, except in cases where RIPHAHx withdraws or replaces a course.
    2. If a replacement course of similar value is offered, learners may choose to enroll in it as an alternative.
  6. Non-Transferability of Refunds
    1. Refunds, once approved, are issued only to the original payer and cannot be transferred to another learner or account.
    2. Misuse or fraudulent refund activity may result in account suspension and, if necessary, legal action.
  7. Institutional Rights and Policy Updates
    1. Riphah International University reserves the right to amend or update this Refund Policy at any time to reflect institutional, legal, or operational changes.
    2. The most current version of the Refund Policy will be available on the official RIPHAHx website.
